About Us .Mantissa was formed as a collaboration of construction trade skills, investment knowledge, realty acuteness and market knowledge. This combination obviously gives more advantage than the normal residential builder, which builds homes with little or no margin available for the investor. Mantissa offers various service levels for all construction projects that will allow the investor to fully participate as a developer or act as a financier for the investment while Mantissa turn-keys the entire project from land acquisition to sale of product. We build Contemporary, Modern, Traditional, Mediterranean, Affordable, Urban and Country Homes.
