Step One:  Evaluate the Property
Before you invest in an architect, investigate all the property issues that may impact what and where you can build.
 
Step Two:  Finalize Building Agreement
The contract agreement outlines time lines, budget and a draw schedule so there are no surprises for you, us or the lender.
 
Step Three:  Secure Financing
We can recommend lenders with whom our clients have worked in the past. We'll coordinate with the lender for any paperwork needed for closing.
 
Step Four:  Make Selections
We will guide you throughout the selections process to avoid delays and assist you with budget allowances for each item. You will access to our preferred suppliers. We will be there to help turn your vision into a beautiful reality!
