Referral Program
Mantissa Development LLC. would like to show you our appreciation for you bringing us a qualified client for a construction project. Our referral program is very simple and will generate you some extra cash for you bringing our company a new client that we build for.
A qualified customer is one that we contract with and build for.
How Does it Work?
1. Register your client via email or fax before you send them our way via this flyer or a simple email.
2. We sign a contract with your referral and start the project.
3. After we sign a contract, we will send you your referral amount to be paid.
4. You will be paid 50% when the project has started and we have received our first draw.
5. You will be paid the final 50% when we finish the project and have received our final payment.
Rules
1. You must register your client to receive referral no later than the first day of our contact with them.
2. You will need to fill out a W-9 for Tax Purposes. You will receive a 1099-MISC at the years end.
3. You must collect your referral within 60 days after we give you notice of payout via email or you forfeit funds.

o **Project Over 5001 square feet= $1.00 P/SQFT
*Square footage based on AC Square Footage, can be verified by the city web site**Maximum Payout Amount is $15,000.00.
